MEDITATION TECHNIQUES

Different SUFIS, SAGES, MONKS, SANTT, SADHO, DERVAISH, FAQEER presented different versions of meditation.  Some evolve the concepts of Lataif-e-Sitta and some concepts of chakra, some considered whirling as one of the version through which the enlightenment can be attained.
